BRTBO6WDS1PO/BRTB08WDS1PO/BRTB10WDS1PO機(jī)型適應(yīng)于30T-380T的各臥式射出成型機(jī)的成品及水口取出,上下手臂結(jié)構(gòu)是雙截式,雙臂,適用二/三板模具取出,橫行AC伺服馬達(dá)驅(qū)動(dòng),定位精準(zhǔn),速度快,壽命長(zhǎng),故障低,安裝機(jī)械手可增加產(chǎn)能(10-30%),降低產(chǎn)品的不良率,保障操作人員的安全性,減少人工,精準(zhǔn)控制生產(chǎn)量,減少浪費(fèi),保證交期。
單軸驅(qū)控一體控制系統(tǒng):信號(hào)線少,遠(yuǎn)距離通訊,擴(kuò)展性能好,抗干擾能力強(qiáng),重復(fù)定位精度高,可以同時(shí)控制多軸,設(shè)備維護(hù)簡(jiǎn)單,故障率少。
